Single Father Fighting for his rights as a father

Hello my name is Michael,

Becoming a father is the single greatest thing to ever happen to me. I absolutely love all of my children, and have since the moment I met my stepdaughter over 5 years ago. They now have a 4 month old baby sister they have not been allowed to meet.

Things were not always perfect...

My boys' mother has lied and continuously put herself and her new relationship first. Keeping my boys from me out of malice and spite. Running to the hospital with every bump bruise or cut to spread lies that I hurt my children. I have never once hurt any one of my children.

She alienates and coaches my 4 year old son to say and think horrible lies. She's kept them from me for months of their precious young lives forever damaging their futures and our relationship, for nearly a full year now. and the last times were only supervised visits once a week. Where both of my sons came in tired, hungry and dirty. She works 2 days a week but still leaves our sons in daycare, as spending time with her new husband is far more important to her.

My 4 year old cried every time he had to leave me and not getting the proper attention he needs with them. When their in public and she isn't yelling at him, she ignores him and leaves their 10 year old sister to take care of him. He spends the whole visit hugging me and telling me he loves and misses me.

My 1 year old came in every week so confused, as once a week is not nearly enough to rebuild the bond she has tried so hard to stop from forming. After not allowing me in the hospital during his birth in order to bring in the man she was cheating on me with, then keeping him from me on his first father's day. After I tried for months to save our family and our childrens future, she started her lies and filed her first protection order which was thrown out of court as the judge could see through her intent.

Her new husband spent the better part of last year threatening me, and she went as far as to bring him to our family home to try and intimidate, threatened to shoot me, among other bodily harm. Worst of all he threatened to burn down our home with our sons in it.

I am fighting for my life here to protect my relationship with my children, court costs, attorneys fees, personal bills and day to day expenses continue to pile up as I continue to fight and cover the bills... all proceeds will go towards court and lawyers, travel to court and some day to day necessities.

My babies don't deserve the pain she is causing them. Please help us.

I am good father to the most amazing babies, swallowing my pride I ask for help... any help you can give we absolutely need. Please help us, my babies deserve to have their father in their life.
