In Oct 2019 I will have the great honor to join oceans advocate and skipper Emily Penn on the first leg of an all-women round-the-world eXXpedition voyage to combat ocean plastics.
As you know me, a sustainability professional and advocate, I will assist with collecting scientific samples and conducting on-board research on the impact of plastics and associated toxins as endocrine disruptors on human health, especially women's health, and ecosystems.
Please consider becoming part of a movement and a community working towards results that are bigger than we can achieve as individuals and supporting the effort of the ocean changemakers to fight ocean plastics and toxins.
Every contribution counts! To make an impact we need to find and implement practical solutions. All donations go directly toward this voyage and ocean plastics research. Your generosity is greatly welcomed and appreciated.

Im Okt 2019 habe ich die grosse Ehre mit Weltumseglerin und Ozeanverfechterin Emily Penn auf Segeltour zu gehen um neue Erkenntnisse über die Auswirkungen von Plastikverschmutzung in den Weltmeeren zu gewinnen. Ich werde auf der ersten Etappe der Welt-Segeltour eXXpedition mit dabei sein.
Meine Aufgaben als Umweltingenieurin und Nachhaltigkeitsexpertin werden sein wissenschaftliche Proben aus den Meeren zu 'fischen' und erste Untersuchungen auf dem Boot durchzuführen um Erkenntnisse über die Auswirkungen von Plastik und Giftstoffen auf die menschliche Gesundheit und den Hormonhaushalt, speziell in Frauen, und die Umwelt zu gewinnen.
Wollt Ihr meine Teilnahme an der Forschung unterstützen? Wollt Ihr ein Teil der Bewegung werden die nach Lösungen sucht die größer sind als was Einzelne herausfinden können?
Bitte unterstütz das Projekt der eXXpedition um Plastik und Gifte in den Weltmeeren und unserer Nahrungskette zu verringern.
