No Bandstand. No 24-Hour Drive-Thru. Save Our Neighborhood From HUDDLE’s Overdevelopment.
Protect our homes, our peace, and our property values before it’s too late.
The City Council sold us out. Despite overwhelming opposition, they approved the Huddle project—a development complete with a bandstand and a 24-hour drive-thru that will bring endless noise, light, and traffic straight into our neighborhoods. This project belongs on 441, away from quiet residential neighborhoods.
This isn’t just about one project. It’s about the future of our community, our property values, and the quiet enjoyment of our homes. Our roads are already overburdened, and this reckless approval shows the city has no intention of protecting us.
But we are not powerless. We have secured an attorney who is ready to pursue legal action to put a stop to this project while we dig into the paperwork.
⚠️ Let’s be clear: there is no guarantee we will win or stop Huddle entirely. But filing this will likely pause the project and give us leverage to demand changes—like reducing the noise, limiting the lights, controlling the traffic, and preserving our property values.
This is the only path forward. We only have a few days left to file. The cost: $2,500–$3,000.
If every neighbor contributes, it’s a small price to pay for protecting the community we love. But we have to act NOW. Time is running out, and if we don’t take this step, developers will steamroll us without consequence.
No bandstand. No 24-hour drive-thru. No selling out of our communities.
Please donate today. Share this campaign with neighbors, friends, and anyone who cares about protecting our homes. Together, we can stand up, fight back, and protect what’s ours.
Your donation will go towards the legal expense of securing an attorney and filing the appropriate documents with the city of Eustis so that we have some leverage in negotiating mitigations of traffic/noise/light that they are creating.
