We, the dues-paying members of the Parks of Stonecrest and Terraces at Stonecrest, are fighting for our right to vote on how our dues are spent and increased. We have followed our rules by submitting a petition signed by more than 67% of the homeowners. That should give us a Special Meeting where we can ask questions about our budget and vote on whether the planned increase in our dues should go forward. The unelected Board of Directors is ignoring us and thereby denying us our only opportunity to vote. We must now seek legal aid to force our Board of Directors to follow our rules.

We are raising funds to get legal aid to enforce our rules and demand the Special Meeting, our right under our governing documents.
