Your support for the memorial service was invaluable in providing our family and friends the opportunity to carry the memory of my dad, Edwin "Jerry" Baxter.

Today we honor his memory by fighting for religious freedom. I seek to bury my father's remains on our home property according to my conscience. The San Bernardino County registrar holds authority to issue the permit I need to recover my father's remains and to perform the burial, and they are refusing me this permit on unconstitutional grounds.

Please help me fight for the constitutional right to private home burial as I appeal to the Ninth Circuit.
