Help Us Support Our Loved Ones in Detention
On the morning of Aug 12th 2025 our dear friends - who we consider family- have been unjustly detained in Oakland CA and are being held without a warrant and One with a open case to recieve residency. These are young handworking individuals who have been providing for themselves and helping support their families.
The individuals are
Hector Adan lopez
Ahiezer Esau Rodriguez Galo
Carlos Ariel Reyes Avila
Kenneth Fernando Mena torres
In which Hector Adan has down syndrome and Ahiezer has tuberculocis and he is not getting medications to treat it.
Right now, they are facing unimaginable chanllenges and we are doing everything we can to fight for their freedom and dignity. Your support will help us:
- Retain expeienced legal representation to secure their release
- Provide funds for phones calls, commissary food and basic necessities while they are held
- Assist the Family memebers who depend on them financially

La mañana del 13 de agosto de 2025, nuestros queridos amigos, a quienes consideramos familia, fueron detenidos injustamente en Oakland CA y se encuentran retenidos sin orden judicial, y uno de ellos tiene un caso abierto para obtener la residencia. Son jóvenes trabajadores que se han mantenido a sí mismos y ayudan a mantener a sus familias.

En este caso, Héctor Adán tiene síndrome de Down y Ahiezer tiene tuberculosis, la cual no recibe medicamentos para tratar en la detencion.
En este momento, enfrentan desafíos inimaginables y estamos haciendo todo lo posible para luchar por su libertad y dignidad. Su apoyo nos ayudará a:
- Contratar representación legal con experiencia para asegurar su liberación.
- Proporcionar fondos para llamadas telefónicas, alimentos del economato y artículos de primera necesidad mientras están detenidos.
