Hello. My name is Nicole and I have a beautiful 8 year old non verbal autistic son named Christopher. Recently CPS removed him illegally from his home where he lives with his mom and dad. He has a big room to himself, a big trampoline and swingset right in his backyard. He is a beautiful, thriving and progressing little man. He is extremely intelligent and taught himself how to swim under water, swing, throw a ball and taught our dog to catch a ball! He loves being outside even if he is just sitting on the porch. He is independent and caring and loves to help me cook and bake and helps me with the laundry just to name a few things. He has a servants heart and a spirit unlike anything I’ve ever seen. There was NO legal reason or legal process to take him into state custody. The reason they gave us was that we didn’t think certain programs that make the county money were in the best interests of Christopher. The social worker lied under oath multiple times convincing a judge that he is severely regressing and apparently his life was “in danger” because of it. The county of Culpeper Virginia is a very small town and these people are taking advantage of their power and influence to traumatize my beautiful autistic son for financial gain. He is currently in a group home being abused! He is so sad and confused and has no idea why he can’t go home with his mom and dad to his beautiful, safe home and it’s heart shattering to say the least. Anyone who has been around for a period of time knows how much that boy means to me and how wrong this is and not one person will stand up for him. Please help us end the lies and corruption from this evil organization and bring my baby home where he belongs!
