Fields Family- Moving Miracle Needed

If you've ever bought a house, you know the stress. Now, imagine an over inflated market, 11 kids, being forced out of the rental you've been in for 11 years (YES 11) and every offer you make being trumped by an investor or cash buyer.... Sadly, this isn't an theoretical, it's the difficult reality my friend Jessica and her family are facing.

I'm Sarah- I've known Jessica for decades! I lovingly call her my Goldie. You know like..... Make new friends, but keep the old. One is silver and the other gold. A circle's round it has no end. That's how long I'm gonna be your friend. She and Nathan started dating when we were kids, got married and knew God had a plan for them to have a big family.

This isn't a story about them not being able to provide! They provide for their family just fine. God has blessed them immensely with the job, calling and provisions they've needed thus far. They have such a well oiled machine... as a mom to 1, I often want her secrets and have gotten advice from her many times!! She's the real deal super mom and I always tell people this!!

For several years they have considered moving. Not out of necessity but desire to have something different. They've wanted a place to call their own, with more land and space to grow. Only, they didn't get to pick the when or the how. They were simply given a date of June 1st to be out. In any market, that is cutting it close but in this one, it's a nightmare. Had this been there fate 2 years ago, they wouldn't be scrambling they way they are now.

My hope in creating this is to give Jessica and Nathan an advantage. They're already approved for a mortgage and have an agent. They simply need the upper hand. In this market... that's cash. Yes, they have some but not what these investors have. If you personally know Jessica and Nathan, I'm sure they've been a blessing to you in some way. I'm hoping we can now be a blessing to them.

-If you know a private seller, have a property you've listed or know a place you'd think would be amazing, send the info on! Their budget is under 300k or $1,600 for rent. They need 4/2 or bigger. The kids love to be outside and they have to have garden space. Again, they have an agent & lender but right now nothing is available that fits their needs.

I know there are a lot of causes out there but we thank you for considering this one.
