In 2010, my maternal grandfather had many strokes and was taken in by my family.   After my father's mother died in a nursing home, he was determined to keep my grandpa here living with us - because of his love for my mother, and out of the goodness of his heart.  Besides my parents taking care of us four kids and struggling to make ends meet, they became full time caregivers of my grandfather with dementia. 

Currently, 6 years later, from being a funny, walking, and talking man;  he cannot chew (so he has a feeding tube), talk, walk, or take care of himself at all- and depends completely on others.  6 years later and through lots of struggles with money, personal sanity (from taking care of an adult as dependent as an infant everyday for years), I would like to raise some money to take some of the financial burden off their shoulders so they can fix some very important objects that need fixing ASAP, (AC unit, leaking bathtub, foundation, and many more), and raise some money so they can have a vacation (or even a night out) since they have not had one in 6 years- and yes I'm serious-  6 years!

I am their 16 year old daughter, Mariah, and have been trying to help lift some burden off of their shoulders. Anything I can raise for the full time caregivers of my grandfather, (my parents), will be MUCH appreciated!
