On November 20, 2025, my family experienced what can only be described as a nightmare. They woke to smoke alarms ringing and thankfully escaped as their home burned down. Their beloved dog Gemma was not as fortunate. I have organized this fundraiser to help with the interim costs of losing everything. It will take time to go through the process of rebuilding, and all donations will go directly to the family to cover immediate costs in the coming days and weeks. They are eternally grateful for the outpouring of support shown by our community through clothing donations, lodgings, kind words and emotional support.
