Fabricia Resende is a passionate Brazilian/American lawyer, born in Vitoria, Espírito Santo - Brazil. She currently resides in Delray Beach, Florida where she practices a variety of complex legal cases and specializes in Immigration Law. Fabricia founded Resende Law Offices in 2012.

In one of her visits to Brazil, the desire to help others beyond the local existing social projects in a more loving empowering way, she opened a non-profit called Agape USA and joined forces with Ágape Canada.

Agape mission statement is to empower women by providing courses and lectures in Finance, Business, Nutrition, Leadership, Yoga, Meditation and basic computer skills such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

In addition, Agape also offers mental health therapy as well as legal counseling for women in situations of domestic violence, discrimination, sexual abuse, thus helping these women to get out of the risky situation they are in.

Agape vision is to see a world where diversity is celebrated and all people are treated with dignity and respect and have full autonomy over their own bodies and sexual expression.
