Meet Fetty — a tiny 1.5 lb kitten fighting for his life after being found with his ruptured eye literally hanging by a thread. He was surrendered to us tonight after someone finally stepped in to help, and we rushed him straight to the emergency vet. Thankfully, he is stable for now and being kept comfortable on pain medication, but the damage to his eye is catastrophic and he urgently needs eye removal surgery on Monday to prevent further suffering and life-threatening infection.

Fetty is only about five weeks old. He should be playing, sleeping curled up with his siblings, and learning how to be a kitten — not enduring unimaginable pain. The emergency hospital unfortunately does not have a surgeon available before Monday, so we are doing everything we can to keep him safe and comfortable until then. His surgery, medications, diagnostics, and continued care are going to be extremely costly, and we desperately need help covering his medical expenses so this baby gets the chance he deserves.

Despite everything, Fetty is incredibly sweet and wants to be loved. We truly believe he would not have survived much longer if he had remained outside.
