Fence needed at rear of neighborhood

Hello all, at the last HOA meeting our board asked me to help collect money for a fence which is needed to cut down on the cross through traffic from Mayfair to Starring. This is the main point of access and largest opening travelers use. 

Yes, there are smaller points people can still get in, but it will force them to cut through the last house in Mayfair instead of Fieldstone. The last house in Mayfair that backs up to us is pretty active as they run a couple business out of it with construction equipment going in and out. They deter travelers. 

If we all put up a little I believe we can knock this out fairly quickly. Owners of subject lot said they are fine with us putting up a fence if we can get the money together. 

68 lots /  $2,500 fence fund = $36 a person

If we can get the cost down we can also adjust how much is needed to raise as a community. Feel free to donate what you can. 

Since we are crowdfunding the money, we need to hire a licensed contractor to ensure the fence is built right and last. Open to contractor suggestions.

If for some reason we cannot put up a fence or owners of the lot change their mind, the money will be refunded to anyone that donates.
