Welcome to FLS!

The current context for women and youth in Switzerland is quite challenging since only 22% of women are in leadership roles and it takes them 40 years old to reach them. At FLS, we are convinced that the younger generations have the perfect competences to drive successions, specially in such a highly educated Swiss nation. So how do we drive progress?

The Female Leadership Society is the first advocating community, that empowers emerging women MBA leaders with EMBA graduates in their career journey through a collaborative intergenerational exchange, anchored by mentorship model, and by delivering impactful initiatives across three pillars: Educational, Community & Well-being. We are also welcoming PhDs in certain research topics and LLMs profiles.

This project aims to raise awareness and joins the Swiss national gender parity campaign program in the workplace by 2030. Concretely, our goal is to reach 400k of funding to cover our operations, empower our community and recognise our volunteers' work public service work.
