Hi my name is Lucas Hayes, and I am fundraising to neuter or spay each of the cats on the TCS campus. I am trying to get my Eagle Scout rank, and this is going to be my Eagle Scout project. I am going to use humane cat traps to trap the cats, and then bring them to the vet. After each cat gets a rabies shot, and spayed or neutered , we will release them back on the campus.
