The exciting news is that Felicia is a brand new first time homeowner! Her new condo is perfect in so many ways, but the bathroom had to be gutted to mitigate mold. We'd love to help her get a working bathroom installed with important amenities like a toilet, shower, sink, floor and walls. Since the down payment ate up all the cash, the renovation budget is tapped out.
