Centra, Stewartstown Road is partnering up with West Belfast's Olympus Gym to raise vital funds for the West-Wellbeing centre at the Dairy farm.

West Well-Being is a community based mental health charity based in West Belfast, dedicated to supporting indivduals and families through some of the most challenging times of their lives. They provide free, accessible, and non judgemental support services, including counselling, suicide prevention, addiction support, outreach, advocacy, befriending and holistic therapies. Their work is grounded in compassion, lived experiences, and a deep commitment to breaking down the stigma around mental health.

Our roles in this is to raise as much money as we can to show support to these crucial services . We will have runners participating in the Feile 5/10k run in August. All runners will be donating and raising money. We will also be hosting a few other events in the lead up to this run, for example, a marathon day for spin bikes/mountain climbs.
