During these hard and uncertain times, Harvest Bowl has committed to a cause. As a healthcare professional, co-owner Athar Naif, understands first-hand how overwhelming and chaotic hospitals are right now during the COVID-19 pandemic and how hard it is to find healthy food that is easily accessible and delivered without hassle. Hospital workers need to remain energized and sharp to provide optimal patient care and what you eat really plays a role in how your body functions.
Therefore, Harvest Bowl is on a mission to help fund and coordinate the delivery and handling of nutritious and healthy meals to feed doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and all health care staff locally in the Tampa Bay Area. Harvest Bowl has promised that all proceeds of this fund will go 100% and directly to feeding the hospital staff with fresh and healthy bowls to keep them energized and fulfilled so that they are able to care for others. Harvest Bowl is committed to deliver the food FREE of charge and has the knowledge of how to handle and package the food according to the CDC recommendations.
We invite all individuals, businesses, community leaders and corporations to help us with this cause. Our goal is to cover as many hospitals in the Tampa Bay Area as we possibly can for as long as we deal with this pandemic. So, let’s keep our healthcare workers fed and #FeedOurHeroes #HarvestBowl
