As we enter this blessed month of Ramadan, a time for reflection, spiritual growth, and acts of charity, I turn to you with a humble plea. Ramadan is a reminder of the power of generosity and the profound reward that comes from helping those in need. This year, as we embrace the blessings of this sacred month, let’s come together to support those who are struggling to make ends meet. Your generosity during this time can transform lives and bring hope to those who need it most.

For the past seven years, your incredible support has helped us provide food and essential items to families in Cairo. The overwhelming kindness we’ve witnessed has made a lasting impact, and I am deeply grateful for your continued contributions. This year, we hope to extend our reach even further, focusing on orphaned families and single mothers who have been hit hardest by the economic challenges in Egypt.

With rising inflation and the cost of living soaring, many families are finding it increasingly difficult to afford basic necessities. This Ramadan, we aim to provide larger food packages to these vulnerable families, ensuring they have enough to nourish themselves and their children during this holy month.

Can we count on your generosity to help us reach our goal?

Your donations will go directly to providing essential food items to families in need, allowing them to break their fast with dignity and peace of mind. Each contribution, no matter how big or small, is a step towards easing the burden on those who are struggling.

This year’s goal is to raise at least $10,000, and we are working to raise $2,500 within the first ten days of Ramadan to provide for 50 families. Any additional funds will go towards helping even more families and providing meat to these households for a joyful Eid celebration at the end of Ramadan.

Each $100 donation will supply a family with the following essentials:

15 Pounds of Rice

10 Pounds of Mixed Pasta

5 Liters of Oil

5 Pounds of Lentils

5 Pounds of Dried Beans

5 Cans of Tuna

2 Liters of Pasta Sauce

5 Pounds of Sugar

5 Pounds of Flour

This donation is eligible for ZAKAH.

If you know of any families in Cairo who are in need, please let us know, and we will ensure they receive a food package. We are working closely with local mosques to identify those who are most in need, so your contributions will go directly to those who need it most.
