30 Local Children and their Families Need Your Help! Help Project Libertad ensure that no child goes hungry in the pandemic by donating to our Emergency Grocery Fund!

As the COVID-19 pandemic intensifies and the quarantine drags on, children served by Project Libertad in Phoenixville and Norristown are going hungry. Parents are out of work indefinitely, bills are piling up, and landlords are demanding rent payments and threatening eviction. To make matters worse, most of these families do not qualify for any form of government assistance to ensure that their children are housed and fed throughout the pandemic.
You can help by donating to Project Libertad's Emergency Grocery Fund!
Here’s how it works: Project Libertad will give your donation directly to a family in need in the form of a grocery gift card. Families will be identified in partnership with the Phoenixville and Norristown Area School Districts. Based on our goal of $3,000, we plan to provide 30 local families each with a $100 grocery gift card. Any funds raised beyond the $3,000 goal will be given first to additional families in need, and second, used to sustain the work of Project Libertad.

Project Libertad is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides legal and social services to newcomer immigrant youth and their families in Pennsylvania.
