Feeding Cville

My family has been working with The Haven for the last two years  for the Homecooking Cafe.  When Covid hit, I became much more aware of food insecurity in Charlottesville, especially among our homeless community. I will be cooking weekly for anywhere between 30 and 60 of our areas homeless. The Haven gets in kind food donations, which I am able to utilize, but your donation would cover the additional food ingredients to make meals and biodegradable containers to ensure a safe eating experience for our neighbors and  minimize the negative effects on our environment.  All excess money will be directly donated to The Haven.  Thank you for supporting Charlottesville's homeless and our environment!
