Noel Lloyd Chandler, affectionately known as Uncle Palmy and Granddad, passed away peacefully on April 19th, 2025, in Spring, Texas at the age of 89.

Noel was a devoted man of faith. As a chef of over 50 years, one way that he served others and shared his love was by feeding those around him — his family, friends, church and community. In remembrance of Noel, we are collecting funds to continue his legacy.

In lieu of flowers, consider giving to the Noel Chandler Kitchen Fund. All funds will be donated to support ministries and organizations providing food to the houseless, an effort Noel was dedicated to throughout his life.
