What if you and I could feed an entire village for two weeks?
Instead of ordering that favorite takeout, video game or even delaying a necessary expense you can help feed a family of 4-7 people for 14days in a village in Bangladesh where the markets have been disrupted and the poor people have no support system.
Put up 50$ for to feed one family or feed more or less but do support :)

Salam and Peace to all.
While we live in countries with a lot of support systems, places like Bangaldesh has our brothers and sisters struggling to put meals on the table.
In this month of miraculous bonuses, RAMADAN, lets try and step up to make a difference instead of feeling helpless.
Let's reach into our pockets and gift a meal to a family who had nothing to eat with the money we would spend on a video game or our takeout.
We have done food runs to help several families but there are just so many more who need assistance.
I do not have enough to give / too many options to donate?
Allah is the One who provided but lets be a means He chooses to do so!
Charity does not decrease wealth....it wipes sins like water extinguishes fire...the month of Ramadan is when the Prophet PBUH was the most generous! The pious predecessors said if you want to get rich give charity...I need the reward more than the poor need the charity!
Why are donations needed now?
Given lockdown has disrupted the markets the poor people are left to fend for themselves. It is either avoid the plague or die of hunger trying. Not enough work nor supplies.
How will the money be used?
100% of your money will go to your poor brother and sister struggling to make ends meet in the village of Bangladesh.
Logistics will be free and power by Youth of Zakiganj (YOZ) which I founded with my cousin back in school days.
We will buy and distribute essential food items. Primary target is to help the poor (~300+ families) in the village of Zakiganj, Sylhet and then expand from there depending on funds.
I will personally cover the conversion and find transfer costs in sha Allah.
This is an approximation of the $50 per family Feed A Village - Ramadan COVID Relief Donation/ZAKAT.
Let's target 300 families to feed the village
Average family size is 4-7
This will last them 14days so up to Eid in sha Allah!
The situation is pretty bad.
100% of donations go to the mouths of the poor - logistics will be arranged by us and volunteers. I will cover funds transfer and transportation cost in sha Allah
Rest of Ramadan (even Laylatul Qadr) till Eid in shaa Allah:

Note for ZAKAT: There will be a 2.9% tax and 0.3USD fee per donation to consider at your end.
