It is time for those of us in West Virginia to attack hunger. 1 in 5 children go to bed hungry in West Virginia. West Virginia ranks in the bottom 5 states in the United States for poverty level and childhood hunger. We are raising money/donations to provide FREE meals to anyone in need. We are starting the Fed Before Bed initiative to ensure no child goes to bed hungry in our areas. All 8 of my grocery store locations will provide free meals to any and all that come in with a need. Any donations received will go towards providing free meals to children and families in need. No questions asked. It is time we start addressing the issues in OUR local areas.
