- Hello, My name is Niba Rajan and I am raising funds for my Best friend for over 20 years, Litiesha Brown and her family which includes 5 children, who has now been displaced after a fire on Nov 15th on Holland ave Staten Island NY. They have only received very minimal help to date. Any help if not monetary, such as clothes, gift cards, food, sneakers, anything at all you can do to help would be greatly appreciated.
- Litiesha is a hard working woman and a loving & dedicated mother. Son #1 age 17 - wears XL Men and sneaker size 12.5 , Son #2 age 15 - wears large Men and sneakers size 11.5 , Son #3 age 13 -wears size Large Men and sneaker size 9, baby girl #1 age 7 - wears size 10 and sneaker size 3.5 in girls and baby girl #2 age 1 yrs old - wears size 18-24 months and shoe size 5 toddler.
- They are currently placed in a 1 bedroom hotel room with just 2 beds and having to file for an extension to stay any longer without any where else to go and if approved may be in another borough pulling the children from their current schools and any normalcy whatsoever. The hotel also only provides breakfast meals. Leaving them to figure out lunch and dinner for all six members.
- The uncertainty of their future, and currently feeling homeless without anywhere to go, is weighing heavily on all of their hearts and minds.
