The Richmond Food Clothing And Resistance Collective (FCRC) is raising funds to provide bottled water to our community as an act of solidarity and mutual aid during the predicted inclement heat of the 2025 summer, which poses an adverse risk to those parts of our community who are Working Class, Poor, or Unhoused. We hope through this act to help rectify and bring to light the overlooked necessity of free and easy access to clean water for all human beings.

During May 1 - June 15, 2025, there were 450 Heat Related Illness (HRI) visits in Virginia most of these were working class people and elderly people.
