Teenage cancer trust
Hi, I’m Levi,
On the 25th of October, I’ll be competing in my very first Hyrox a tough fitness race that combines running with high-intensity functional workouts.
Originally, I wasn’t planning to do it for charity. But during the first month of my training, a close friend told me that her 21 year-old niece had just been diagnosed with cancer.
She asked if I’d considered fundraising for anything, and at the time I hadn’t. But when she told me about her situation and Teenage Cancer Trust. I thought about it more.
So I’ve decided to take on Hyrox not only to challenge myself physically, but also to show support to this young woman, her family, and to all young people who are going through something far tougher than any race.
A Hyrox is brutal but it’s nothing compared to the fight these young people face every day. For that, they have my utmost respect.
If you’re able to donate, no matter the amount, I’d be incredibly grateful. Your support will go directly to helping young people through their cancer journeys with the care and compassion they deserve.
Thank you so much.
