I’m taking on a skydive to raise awareness for motor neurone disease (MND), a condition that has turned our world upside down since my husband was diagnosed. MND is a devastating, incurable illness that affects the brain and nerves, gradually taking away a person’s ability to move, speak, and breathe. By pushing myself far outside my comfort zone, I hope to shine a light on this disease, support vital research, and help ensure that families like ours don’t have to face MND without hope. Every donation, no matter the size, means more awareness, more support, and a step closer to better treatments and, one day, a cure.
