Vet needs help with funding! Lawyer help!

I am a veteran involved in a parenting dispute with my ex-partner. We have a lawyer and she is good but very expensive. I am a year into trying to secure a parenting plan, but the mother will not sign. The mother wants to move in with her online boyfriend in California. The mother has taken my infant daughter to California to hook up with her new online boyfriend. The mother has told the court she wants to move to California with her new boyfriend and already has a bedroom for the two girls. She has another child by another man who is in prison in a California jail close to where her new boyfriend resides. I have had my lawyer for a year and paid over $13,000 with another 3,000 due in two weeks. I still do not have a parenting plan as the mother will not sign the papers. The mother just returned from California where she had a New Year's visit. As far as I know, the ex's mother and father in Lake Stevens watched the two girls. I have also been to court and was assigned a GAL at over 2,000 dollars. The ex-paid as well. The GAL has done very little. I was told they needed more money to get the results they wanted.

I am looking for help paying my current lawyer until I can find a cheaper one or a clerk of the court.

I have a job, moved out of our home in Bellingham, and rented a room in a home to save money. There is a lot more to the story, but this is the jest of it.
