Help Henry Fight for His Life – Support Our Family During This Critical Time

Hello, my name is Dominique Smith, and I am the wife of Henry Smith. I am reaching out with the heaviest heart and deepest humility to ask for support during the hardest moment our family has ever faced.

My husband Henry is currently on life support. His body has gone into organ failure, and we are praying every day for a miracle and the chance for him to receive the treatment and donor support he urgently needs. Doctors have advised us that he needs to be transported to a specialized hospital that can provide him with a higher level of care — but we simply cannot afford the costs on our own.

Henry is not just a husband and father — he is the heart of our family. He is a father to 5 beautiful children who adore him. He is also a football coach, mentor, role model, and father figure to so many young boys in our community. He has always poured into others — always giving love, support, guidance, and encouragement.

Now, he needs us.

And we need help.

Our family is trying to stay together to support Henry through this fight, but the cost of traveling, lodging, meals, and caring for 5 children is overwhelming. I am trying to be at my husband's bedside, take care of our children, and make medical decisions all at once. We are exhausted emotionally, physically, and financially.

What We Need Help With:

Transportation to a specialized hospital

Temporary housing/room & board near the hospital for me and our children

Daily essentials for the kids while we are away from home

Medical-related travel expenses
