<div>Hello, my name is Dominique Smith, and I am the wife of Henry Smith. I am reaching out with the heaviest heart and deepest humility to ask for support during the hardest moment our family has ever faced.

<div>My husband Henry is currently on life support. His body has gone into organ failure, and we are praying every day for a miracle and the chance for him to receive the treatment and donor support he urgently needs. Doctors have advised us that he needs to be transported to a specialized hospital that can provide him with a higher level of care — but we simply cannot afford the costs on our own.

He is also a football coach, mentor, role model, and father figure to so many young boys in our community. He has always poured into others — always giving love, support, guidance, and encouragement.
