Family and friends, As many of you know, Jessica has been in the fight of her life for the last 2-years with a rare form of Ovarian Cancer. Being diagnosed at the very young age of 42 is something that no mother should ever have to go through...Fighting through this disease, she has been so strong and has battled so very bravely for her husband and their two beautiful daughters Lauren (8) and Vivian (5).

Surrounded by her family and close friends In her final days, it is with great sadness to say that Jessica has now lost her battle with

cancer. She has been a shining light to so many and she is the strongest person we know... We are so very proud of you. What we have lost as a truly great human being, God has gained, and you will be forever missed.

Jessica has said many times how Mike has been her "rock" through it all and the weight Mike has bravely taken on without waver is undeniable. Mike has now been left alone to pick up the pieces and continue to raise their beautiful daughters. For the girls and Mike, losing their Mom and wife is going to leave a heavy weight on their hearts and make for a very long road ahead.

Mike has taken so much time off work to care for Jessica and will continue to take extended time off to mourn with the girls. Keeping them busy with their routines of sports, activities and school will be the biggest priority for Mike which will give them a little normalcy in this difficult time. We will honour Jessica's life with memories of joy and love and make sure that her bright light shines on. Rest In Peace, Jessica.
