Hi, my name is Naderia. I'm raising money to help with travel expenses to Hong Kong to visit Jade. Most of you know what happened and know the devastation it has caused not only for my family but also for others as well. Please, watch the W5 video and share it in hopes that the gravity of this situation may save other young people from making a grave mistake which could cost them their freedom and lives. Clearly, lies and deception are prevalent from criminals in our community and neighbourhood who are targeting our young people in this area, and I am hoping that my willingness to share my situation and story will educate and save many families from the devastation of not being able to see their child due to financial constraints. My goal is to spread awareness so that parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins, along with friends, can have open and candid conversations about keeping themselves and others safe from being used as drug mules. Social media has given us avenues to access information beyond comprehension at times; however, social media can be weaponized and used against our young people. We must protect our young people; it's imperative, and it's required.
