On Sunday 24/09 their beautiful 11yr old daughter Azaleyah suffered a severe asthma attack at home and went into Cardiac arrest. After providing CPR for some time the ambulance arrived and Azaleyah had no heart beat. The paramedics were able to revive her with a defibrillator however on the way to hospital she suffered several more heart attacks.

Currently in hospital Azaleyah is on life support and would have already suffered a significant amount of brain damage due to the tragic events.

Family and friends are all praying for her and hoping that she will make the best recovery possible!!

Zane and Teekay have 6 children and live off a single income in times where cost of living is making things hard for everyone.

Nothing could ever replace the value of the health of our children however our hopes are that whatever financial support we can offer the family will at least allow them to focus their daughter in her time of need.
