My name is Vivian Martinez and I would like to introduce myself as a wife and a mother of two babies under the age of two. My story will be a roller coaster of emotions and may be a life changing experience to others.
My oldest daughter is 21 months old and my baby girl just turned 4 months old. Between work and home, my husband and I strive to provide a strong and healthy foundation in our household. On May 1st 2025, I give birth to my youngest baby and spent an additional 4 weeks being hospitalized due to doctor’s neglection and malpractice. I had the total of three surgeries, 5 blood transfusions, 3 abdominal procedure, and was on dialysis for a week. Not to mention multiple organ failure. With that being said, my husband, Baudilio, helped support my girls along with aid from both sides of the family while I was on my near death bed at the hospital. He was the backbone of our family and did his very best to provide support for both our girls and me. Fast forward to my recovery I was barely standing on my feet 3 months post-surgeries. On August 19th, someone decided to report my husband’s legality while we came to visit my in-laws. Need to remind you, HE DOES NOT LIVE THERE. A sheriff came knocking on our door demanding my husband to come out to “sign” some papers. They refused to show me the papers that he needed to sign and proceeded to tell us he is a violet criminal. (He has a clean criminal record based on the judge’s order). Baudilio is a family man. Anyone can see his social media and those who know him can vouche for him. The officers failed to inform us what was going to happen. ICE is detaining him currently in GA. Bau grew up here loving this country only to find that the country doesn’t love him back. During his school years, he was an outstanding student who was a member of Colquitt County’s choir program and 2014 and 2015 State Champions for the Packer Football team. He always strived to excel in anything he sets his mind to.
Our goal is to reunite with our two beautiful baby girls. If you can’t donate, maybe you know someone who can. And if you don’t , then all I am asking is for prayers. Help us get back on our feet and fight for what is ours.
