Family Reunion: Let's Make It Unforgettable

Hey everyone!

We’re excited to announce our first family reunion, which will take place from August 1st to August 2nd! We’ve planned a fun-filled weekend for all of us to come together, reconnect, and create lasting memories. Here's a breakdown of the schedule:

Friday (Aug 1): Meet and greet at Aunt Sandy's house- 5pm-10pm

Saturday (Aug 2): Fun in the sun at Dru Hill Park- 12pm- 7pm

After doing some research and pricing, we’ve set a goal of $2,500 to make this event a success. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we’re asking each family member to contribute $150. This amount will cover major costs including:

Backdrop

Porta Potty

To keep things organized and transparent, we’ve chosen GoFundMe to facilitate the tracking of the dues from each family member. This platform allows you to make payments at your own convenience, ensuring that we’re all on the same page.

Our Treasurer Team (Arnita, Pebbles, and Tamika) will be responsible for making all necessary payments and deposits, ensuring everything goes smoothly.

Important Deadline: We ask that all dues be paid by June 15th, so we can secure all bookings before everything fills up. As we all know, venues and vendors get booked quickly, and we want to ensure everything is paid for and reserved well in advance before August 1st.

The shirt purchases are separate from the reunion dues. You can start purchasing them on June 1st. Prices listed below.
