Hello All!

We are creating a family reunion at Festival Fields Park in Avondale, bringing together nearly 200 relatives from California, Oregon, Alaska and Texas. This gathering is especially meaningful after the recent loss of Tia Judy and Peggy in July, as the family is seeking comfort and connection during a difficult time. The reunion is a chance for everyone to remember their bonds and support one another, ensuring that the sense of family remains strong.

The main need for this fundraiser is to secure the park’s ramada, which will provide a central, shaded space for everyone to gather, share stories, and enjoy games for both adults and kids. With relatives traveling from out of state, having a dedicated spot will make the day more comfortable and memorable for all. We hope this event will be the start of a new tradition, bringing the family together every year to celebrate their connection and honor those we’ve lost.

By Nov 1st, we need to have the funds to secure the location. This Gofundme account will give us the opportunity to do this.

The cost for 8 hours will be a total of $400.

Once that is secured, anything else raised will go towards anything else that may be needed.
