Family Restoration

Hi my name is Jacqueline and I am fundraising for legal cost to instruct a barrister to secure the return to family of my 3 grand children aged 8, 9 and 13.

I have previously self litigated in the absence of legal aid advocacy however sadly lost my mum during the final hearing last month so was not able to put forward the best case at this hearing.

Given what's at stake ...that is my 3 x adorable grandchildren I am struggling to understand the appeal process and must have legal assistance to ensure correct procedures etc are adhered to....hence necessity to secure a barrister.

My aim not only to secure the return of my much loved grandchildren bit also to assist other famillies who are not able to access justice due to low income.

Please help these innocent children who have been failed by a broken care and legal system that proposes to safeguard society' most vulnerable but actually causes more harm than good.
