On 12/28/2021, Tommy passed away while on duty at Jefferson Township Fire Department Station #251, where he worked as Firefighter and EMT in his hometown of West Jefferson.

Tommy was a friend to many and a stranger to none. His sudden loss has deeply shaken our community.

He leaves behind his loving wife (Brooke) and four children. Any contributions will go directly to their benefit.
