My nephew Alex, his wife Quetzabelt and two kids Lexi and Ayden (5yrs, 2 yrs) lost their precious dog, and ALL of their belongings in the Fairview wildfire yesterdays in Hemet, CA. They left yesterday morning to spend Labor Day with family and give their puppy Axel some rest (he had been neutered). He had never been left home before. Any other day Axel would have been with them; to work, the store or running errands, Axel went where they went. He was part of the family. They left with the clothes on their backs, and nothing else, expecting to return last night. They never expected a call telling them they had lost their dog, home, and all of their belongings. We are hoping to raise $20,000 to help secure new housing and replace their personal effects; clothing and shoes for the entire family, furniture, beds, linens, kitchen items, a TV, and toys for the kids.
