I’m starting this GoFundMe for my dear friend Jasmine French, a hardworking single mom of three wonderful kids. Recently, their home was flooded due to an AC issue, and while insurance is thankfully covering the repairs (minus HVAC repairs & deductibles), they’ve been displaced and are currently living in a hotel until it’s safe to return.

Jasmine has always been the type of person to put others first — she works hard, takes care of every day-to-day need of her son and daughters, and rarely reaches out for help. But right now, she could really use some support. The unexpected, very large costs of insurance deductibles, takeout food due to little means of cooking at the hotel, added transportation costs as her hotel is in a different city than the kids' school and daycare, and daily essentials are adding up quickly.
