This happened May 8th! This is to help my family get back on our feet and help get a place

At approximately 1:52 PM yesterday, crews were dispatched in response to reports of an outside fire. Upon arrival, first-responding units found a fully involved fifth-wheel trailer, with flames having extended into an adjoining residential structure. Heavy fire was visible from the roof.

Firefighters from the first engine company stretched hand lines and initiated an aggressive interior attack. Following a successful initial knockdown of the fire, crews conducted an extensive salvage and overhaul operation to extinguish remaining hotspots and assist with the recovery of valuable personal belongings from the home.

A total of 10 fire apparatus and 15 firefighters responded to the incident.

We are thankful to report that no injuries were sustained by residents or emergency personnel. However, we are saddened to share that one family dog did not survive the incident. Our thoughts are with the family during this difficult time.
