Family in Crisis: AC and Power Out

My mom is going through a pretty rough period. She's trying to sell her house, but she doesn't have an income and hasn't been able to keep up with bills. The AC just went out and now the power is off. We would greatly appreciate any and all help you'd be willing and able to give during this time.
