Hi my name is Lianne and I am fundraising for my daughter Hannah and son in law George.

George is only 31 and has diabetes and kidney failure. He is currently on the waiting list for a kidney and pancreas transplant but due to medical complications including infections and sepsis he has had to undergo emergency life saving amputation of his left leg and is unable to work. This was a complete blow and totally unexpected and unforeseen. Due to an error by their mortgage advisor he did not include life or critical illness insurance with their mortgage application so they are struggling to keep up with the payments. Currently there is no funding available to help with their mortgage payments and they are at risk of losing the home they have worked so hard to create. Due to the cost of living also causing an impact on their finances we now have to find extra money to make adaptations and find a car suitable for wheelchair access.

On top of all this the boiler has broken and needs to be replaced. My daughter Hannah is having to juggle taking care of their children a 4 year old and a 9 month old baby as well as George who is still in hospital so is also unable to work at the moment. This is causing them both so much stress and anguish but they feel helpless as they are in no position to change the situation at present. We are asking for help with any donations that will ease their burden and allow this young family stay in the home they love. All donations will be used to help them directly in any way possible until they are able to return to work.
