Hope and Prayer for Our 40th

Dear Family and Friends,

Birthday and Family Time!

Monica and I appreciate your love so very much. As this year is a milestone year in our individual lives, we are looking to mark that occasion by making a big commitment to our family, believing in what God has in store. In celebration of our the big 4-0 for each of us, rather than a big party, travel, or gifts we have opened an account for IVF treatment in hopes and expectation to bear a child together. After months of prayer and research, and saving, we have begun the process with POMA Fertility here in East King County and are medically and spiritually ready for the next step. Our targeted goal includes the medical treatments and procedures as well as all medications necessary, recommended by the clinic for the best possible outcomes for a pregnancy

As this is both personal and private, we are not posting this on any social media and continue to be discreet with whom and where we share this celebration, hope, and prayer.

Your presence in our life has been a cherished blessing, and we look forward to the next time we hear your voices, see your smiling faces, and can give you a hug. This is the time in life in which we were all called into life together. We have long believed that among the greatest gifts God gives us through the struggles and transformation of our and people and planet is each other, the hope that is in our children.

Knowing that 40 is a special year and that Monica was born in 1982 just 6 months before I was, we want to thank you most of all for your love and friendship and ask that whatever you might have wanted to spend on a gift or party for us consider redirecting that amount towards this effort our family has started.
