Hi, I’m Stacey.
A few months ago, the 2002 Chevy Impala my grandmother left me a car I cherished and cared for, caught fire in our driveway and was completely destroyed. We had insurance, but it was liability only, so there’s no coverage to replace it.
This car wasn’t just transportation. It was a piece of my grandmother I got to hold onto, and it only had just over 100,000 miles. Losing it so suddenly was both emotional and a huge setback for our family.
Tommy now travels for work in our truck, leaving me without a vehicle. I’m actively interviewing for jobs, but getting to interviews, taking our son Gavin to school, and making his doctor and dentist appointments has become a daily challenge.
We’re raising funds for a down payment on a safe, reliable car. Anything extra will go toward taxes, registration, insurance, and making sure it’s road-ready. If someone happens to have a dependable vehicle they could donate instead, we’d be beyond grateful.
Your help — whether it’s a donation, a share, or words of encouragement — will help me get back to work, keep Gavin on track, and bring a little peace of mind back into our lives. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for any kindness you can offer.
