So, this time I'm off on a half marathon in MK, at the beginning of May, to support a friend running the marathon. However, I refuse to run this sort of distance without supporting a charity. This one is in memory of my beautiful Nan and to show support to a dear friend dealing with this horrible disease. Dementia doesn't only take a loved one but it takes from them the memories you made, the people you are and the relationship you had. It honestly breaks my heart. So this one is for you nan..... you probably would have told me to run less and eat more though. Remember to the world you may just be one person, but to one person you may be the world xxx
