Fallen Soldiers - Lee Rigby

The Foundation was created by Lyn and Ian Rigby after the loss of their son, Glasgow Rangers fan -Fusilier Lee Rigby. Lyn’s own experience and that of her family was compelling evidence of need for a project to help other families in the same situation. Their incredible foundation provides a support network for bereaved military families, veterans families and serving military families the victims of recent terrorist actions.

Respite therapy in whatever form works for many families, but we must remember to cater for families including children so for therapy to work, facilities need to have much more including entertainment. They already have three holiday locations and future plans include a network of static caravans on suitable sites thus turning respite into more of a holiday break.
