Hello friends of Cinema Femme!

Cinema Femme is so grateful for your support, and because of you our community has been growing stronger than ever. But we need a boost this fall for what's coming ahead for Cinema Femme! This year was a monumental year for us: we did extensive coverage for Sundance; our partner magazine THE CALL SHEET's first issue came out, with the second issue coming out this November; we had our first in-person film festival at the Music Box; and we will be covering the Chicago International Film Festival for our 5th year in a couple weeks. Also, our non-profit paperwork is finally being mailed out so we can secure 501c3 status.

All of this momentum has been great, but we need a boost for what's coming ahead so we can continue our momentum and continue to make a difference. Please consider donating to our Fall Fundraiser campaign.

Cinema Femme is a platform for emerging underrepresented filmmakers, which includes women and non-binary people. To support these filmmakers, we showcase their short films, provide education through featured interviews, and offer mentorships with seasoned filmmakers. We are vocal about the need for change onscreen and behind the lens. We believe that together, we can change the industry for the better.
