For those who have followed my journey over the years, you know it has never been easy. Yet through every setback, challenge, and season of uncertainty, I have continued to create, perform, teach, and share my story in hopes that it might encourage someone else not to give up.

A Rose Called Candace is more than a show. It is purpose. It is ministry. It has been a lifeline during some of the darkest moments of my life, constantly reminding me that our pain is not without purpose and that someone, somewhere, needs to know they are not alone.

Over the last several years, like many artists, I have faced significant financial hardship. The entertainment industry shutdowns and strikes, combined with the rising cost of living, have made it increasingly difficult to meet even basic needs while continuing to pursue the work I feel called to do. While I am grateful to be working multiple jobs, the reality is that many artists are still struggling to recover.

The truth is simple: before I can continue creating, performing, teaching, and serving others through my art, I must first be able to meet the basic necessities of life.

Whether it's helping with housing, transportation, food, professional expenses, or simply creating enough breathing room to continue pursuing the work God has called me to do, every contribution makes a difference.
